So what is a spoonie?
Spoonie /ˈspu•ni/ noun
a person with chronic illness who must conserve "spoons" (energy) for daily activities. Each daily activity that a spoonie does expends more and more spoons (energy). The spoonie is limited in their total daily allotment of spoons due to their chronic illness(es).
They do not want to run out of spoons!

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days for USA, but please be aware that shipping carrier delays, both for domestic and international orders, can occur. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- We offer shipping options via USPS Priority, Ground Advantage, and UPS.
- Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail shipments are guaranteed as 2-day delivery from the time your order leaves our facility.
- Orders over $60 within the USA qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.
- Unfortunately, tracking is not available for international orders, and delivery dates can't be guaranteed due to unpredictable customs delays and local postal services.
- Typical shipping times to most countries range from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on customs and your country's postal service. Thank you for your patience!
