Refunds for Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective item, we’ll issue a full refund.
Steps to follow:

  1. Contact us at support [at] mogigi.com within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Refunds for Other Items

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item.

  • You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchanges & Cancellations

We currently do not offer exchanges or cancellations after an order is placed.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Digital downloads
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Intimate items (due to health and hygiene reasons)
