Refunds for Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective item, we’ll issue a full refund.
Steps to follow:

- Return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Refunds for Other Items
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item.
- You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchanges & Cancellations
We currently do not offer exchanges or cancellations after an order is placed.
Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Digital downloads
- Customized/personalized products
- Intimate items (due to health and hygiene reasons)
