How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Important Shipping Information
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days for USA, but please be aware that shipping carrier delays, both for domestic and international orders, can occur. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- We offer shipping options via USPS Priority, Ground Advantage, and UPS.
- Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail shipments are guaranteed as 2-day delivery from the time your order leaves our facility.
- Orders over $60 within the USA qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.
- Unfortunately, tracking is not available for international orders, and delivery dates can't be guaranteed due to unpredictable customs delays and local postal services.
- Typical shipping times to most countries range from 3 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on customs and your country's postal service. Thank you for your patience!
VAT Taxes & Custom Fees
- If you are ordering from the UK/EU, please note that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order at customs. We do not collect VAT taxes, and we are not responsible for them.
- Any VAT taxes/fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- If you choose not to pay the taxes/fees, your order will be returned to us.
- If your package is returned to MoGigi with unpaid custom fees, you can opt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or repay shipping to have the package resent. Please note that it is the intended receiver's responsibility to pay the custom fees for delivery to occur.
