General Questions
WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
- I try to ship out orders within 3-7 days from order date. However, I will contact you if I need a little more time due to any health issues. I'm a one woman shop and an artist living with chronic illnesses. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
- You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped out.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING OR DAMAGED
- Unfortunately once packages are in the postal service hands there is a small chance packages can be mishandled during shipment, which I don't have control over.
- However, if your package is missing please check with your local USPS for tracking updates. Also be sure to check with your neighbors/apartment complex in case of mistakes in delivery.
- If there is still an issue please email me your order number at
support [at] mogigi.com and we can work something out!

- Be sure to check the USPS website to see if your country has any shipping restrictions. If not, feel free to email me and I'll add it to the list!
PAYMENTS & TAXES
- All prices are in ($) USD. Please use an online currency converter to see the cost for your country.
- Sales Tax will be collected for domestic orders.
- International Duties, Taxes are not collected. So please looking into any taxes/duties you may need to pay before purchasing. Please Read VAT Taxes & Custom Fees for more details.
VAT TAXES & CUSTOM FEES
- If you are ordering from the UK/EU, please note that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order at customs. We do not collect VAT taxes, and we are not responsible for them.
- Any VAT taxes/fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- If you choose not to pay the taxes/fees, your order will be returned to us.
- If your package is returned to MoGigi with unpaid custom fees, you can opt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or repay shipping to have the package resent. Please note that it is the intended receiver's responsibility to pay the custom fees for delivery to occur.
REFUND & EXCHANGES

Refunds for Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will gladly provide a full refund.
Please follow these steps
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Mail the items back within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Refunds for Other Items
- For all other items, a full refund is available, but the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support [at] mogigi.com for a return authorization number.
Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Digital Downloads
- Customized/Personalized Orders
- Intimate Items (for hygiene/health reasons)
